This guide suggests resources to support course work in HNTR 1153 -- Nutrition for a Healthy Lifestyle -- A study of the role of nutrition in establishing, promoting, and maintaining good health.  The composition and functions of foods, nutrition needs throughout the life cycle, and contemporary nutrition concerns are included.
