In Person and Virtual Library Instruction

Library instruction serves as a foundation for students' future academic research and imbues students with lifelong information literacy skills. This collaboration between faculty and librarians can be delivered in person at any campus or RLC and virtually in a variety of formats.

  • Library Instruction can focus on:
    • Evaluating Information
    • Searching library databases for articles
    • Locating books & ebooks
    • Creating and refining a research question
    • Subject and assignment specific research
    • Citations
    • Annotated bibliographies

Request instruction at any time by sending an email to: refdesk@cscc.edu. We are happy to design a session customized to the needs of your students!
