Let’s Celebrate Our First-Generation Students!

The Columbus State community recently came together to celebrate the dedication and accomplishments of our first-generation students. On November 5th and 6th at the Columbus Campus, and on November 12th and 13th at the Delaware Campus, the college held a carnival-themed event with games, prizes, raffles, and free food! All students were welcome to participate in the fun—students who themselves are first-generation scholars, and students who have friends, classmates, and peers who proudly carry the title.
