 Artist Jes Moore from Jes Moore

Jes Moore is an award winning artist and resident of Granville, Ohio. She began her art career at the Art Academy of Cincinnati specializing in glasswork, draftsmanship and sculpture. She obtained her Associates in Digital Design and Graphics from Columbus State Community College in 2012 and her Bachelor’s of Fine Art and Graphic Design from Ohio Dominican University in 2015. At ODU she was the Student Director of the prestigious Wehrle Gallery. In 2015 she was given the honor of curating and designing her own show for her senior exhibition and was also elected Outstanding Art Student of the year. That same year she began teaching art and design at Columbus State as an adjunct instructor and teaches there currently. In July and August of 2016 she had her second solo show at the Sean Christopher Gallery in the Short North District of Columbus, Ohio. In August of 2016 she was featured by City Scene magazine in their “Biggest Celebs hailing from Central Ohio Universities” article.
