Multimedia Studio

Attention: We now have Studio 109 in the Multimedia Lab, located on the 1st floor of the Library. The form linked on this page are for the Multimedia Studio only and not Studio 109. You can check availability and request to reserve Studio 109 here.

The Multimedia Support Center houses an 1800 square foot, double high media studio. A great space for video shoots, audio recordings, or special events.

The studio is booked on a first come first served basis and does not offer block bookings. Seating and tables are available for groups of 70 or smaller.

Event Setup Options

An open area with standing room only.

Perfect for productions, celebrations, gatherings, and workshops.

Best suited for groups of 100 or less.

Floor plan of the Studio Setup

12 rectangular tables put together to form an O-shape. Table arrangement can hold 28 chairs.

Perfect for meetings, group discussions, or any event where a collaborative environment is needed.

Best suited for groups of 25 or less.

6 rectangular tables put together to form an U-shape with a space for presentations at one end. Table arrangement can hold 20 chairs. 

Perfect for meetings, group discussions, or any event where a collaborative environment is needed in addition to a presentation space.

Best suited for groups of 20 or less.

6 to 8 circular tables with 8 chairs around each. Tables can accommodate 36-64 chairs.

Perfect for events were refreshments will be served or where small group collaboration is needed.

Best suited for groups of 60 or less.

4 rows of rectangular tables. Tables can accommodate 32 chairs.

Perfect for classroom settings, lectures, guest speakers, or workshops.

Best suited for groups of 30 or less.

3 to 7 rows containing 10 chairs, facing a presentation area. A total accommodation of 30-70 seats.

Perfect for film screenings and presentations by guest speakers.

Best suited for groups of 70 or less.

An open design with tables pushed against the outside walls of the space. Seating can be added to the center of the room, roughly accommodating about 20 seats.

Perfect for information fairs, workshops, and round-robin-like events.

Best suited for groups of 80 or less.

A sandbox design with various pieces of furniture in mixed designs.

Perfect for any informal event including gatherings, meetings, film screenings, and celebrations.
